Maybe the only MMORP game on the market that can give World of Warcraft some stern competition, the Lord of the Rings Online is launching this late April and of course the game will provide both veteran and casual players with a wide range of useful maps that are an integral part in guiding players from one place to another while adventuring, fighting, traveling in Middle-earth.
Like WoW, the LotRO maps will be varied and abundant as currently Turbine has now released an absolutely impressive set of beautiful detailed maps to all the LotRO fans. A vast majority of maps contains a raft of extremely valuable geographical information and details in the form of various points of interest such as cities, towns, territories, camps, plains, mountains, fountains, lands and continents.
Presently there are quite a few vividly detailed geographical maps launched by Turbine to its fans to get an impression before experiencing the actual game package on a full scale this April. The fourteen striking examples of these helpful maps include Angmar, Bree-land, Towns of Bree-land (Archet and Bree), Ered Luin, Eriador, Ettenmoors, Lone Lands, Middle Earth, Misty Mountains, North Downs, Rivendell, Shire, Thorin's Gates, Trollshaws and Old Forest.
